Children Ministry
Children’s care at Crossroads Bible Church is a top priority, as the ministry’s future depends on the development of children in Christlikeness. Following Jesus’ instruction to let the children come to Him, since the kingdom of God belongs to such as these (Matt 19:14), staff, parents, and leaders approach this ministry with compassion, care, love, and guidance. The church collaborates with all stakeholders to guide children toward the Truth as they mature (Prov 22:6).

Deacon Ministry
The Deacon ministry supports the church’s mission by promoting discipline, love, intentionality, and wisdom. It provides care for those in need, safeguards church unity, mobilizes service and activities, and ensures members’ well-being.
Discipleship Ministry
Crossroads Bible Church is committed to fostering Christlikeness through Bible-based sessions and shared experiences from believers further along in their spiritual journey. As participants teach and learn to follow Jesus, spiritual growth becomes evident, and relationships with Christ and one another are strengthened (Matt 4:19).
Evangelization Ministry
The outreach department is dedicated to the ministry of reconciliation between God and humanity. The fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28) is central to the believer’s life, as it demonstrates love for Jesus Christ, affirms belief in the redemptive power and grace of God through the death and resurrection of His Son, and expresses hope in His second coming.
Men’s Ministry
Crossroads Bible Church provides men with opportunities to deepen their faith through Bible studies, prayer groups, mentorship programs, family support, and social activities. The men’s ministry fosters mutual growth (Prov. 27:17) and leadership development. By sharing experiences and strengthening relationships with God through Scripture, participants are better equipped to address personal, familial, church, and community challenges.
Music Ministry
At Crossroads Bible Church, it is believed that God is enthroned in the praises of His people (Ps 22:3), and music serves as a conduit for worship. The church is committed to singing new songs and praising God in the assembly of the faithful. The music ministry is devoted to praising His name through song, physical rhythms, and instrumental music, recognizing that the Lord delights in His people and crowns the humble with victory (Ps 149:1-4). Music ministry teams for both services seek to equip and encourage worship both within the church and beyond.

Mission and International supported Ministries
Crossroads Bible Church affirms the importance of bearing witness to God both locally and internationally. The church supports selected causes based on their needs, alignment with ministry philosophy, and available resources.
Narrow Way Ministry
Narrow Way Ministries, located in central Haiti, supports schools in impoverished areas. Of the nine schools in the “Haiti School Projects” program, only one has received partial funding over the past five years. Crossroads Bible Church also supports CBS, CEF, CRU, and Morgan’s.
Radio Broadcasts Ministry- Radio Tele Lavi
The online Radio Lavi Broadcast program was founded by Pastor Killy Laguerre in 2011. For ten years, Pastor Laguerre hosted two of the most popular broadcasts on this platform, reaching hundreds of listeners. After a brief hiatus, Radio Lavi has resumed, offering encouragement, information, and training through various programs.
